| Hereby upon passing of this bill the Cildanian Protective Agency or CPA shall be created as a branch of the Cildanian Armed Forces. Article 1 -The CPA will protect the integrity of the Cildanian state and ensure the safety of its citizens through covert means. Article 2 -The CPA shall be an independent organization led by a director. This director will be appointed by the Prime Minister and can be Dismissed by the Prime Minister at any given time. Article 3 -The CPA will receive federal funding amounted to around 2 billion CDC every year Article 4 -The identity of CPA agents will always be confidential and shall never be released -If a identity is leaked the one responsible for the leak will be trialed in the courts as a traitor of the state Article 5 -CPA agents will receive full cooperation from the federal government in remaining anonymous and executing their job properly Article 6 -The Prime Minister can give orders to the CPA as long as these orders allign with the constitution of the state Article 7 -The CPA is also responsible for protecting the Prime Minister and should do so accordingly Article 8 -CPA agents can have a political affiliation. However this affiliation can never stand in the way of their job. If a political view of a CPA agent is judged to be in conflict with his/her job he or she shall be removed from their position by the director NOTE: This will be the Secret Agency of the Cildanian state. The CPA's responsibility is to protect the state through covert means. |
