Message | OOC: As a note, the populations of Hutori are actually going to be shifted after significant consultation.. I'll go into greater detail, but Hutori's overall population will be dropping to 65 million and I will be pushing for each Province to have a different population so I will be bringing this up for a consultation here locally. |

Message | OOC: Wouldn't that destroy the GDP? You're talking about removing more than a quarter of the population. All forms of spending would go down dramatically, especially the military. Unless other countries are getting a decrease, Hutori would take a serious hit. |

Message | OOC: I'm not sure what impact it will have on the GDP yet... but no we aren't the only country getting decreased... it's going to be a pretty big shift all over the map. http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=7962 You can read through everything there. |

Message | OOC: I love the idea of different sized provinces and the reduction to 65 million people. It'll make the game more interesting. Kudos! |
