MessageMr. Speaker,

I rise to speak in favor of the Treaty on the Mutual Extradition of Criminals. This treaty will govern the extradition process for all signatories to the extradition treaty, removing the need for multiple bilateral accords governing extradition. This treaty will enable our great nation to seek out fugitives and bring them to justice without limiting Hutori's sovereignty.

We hope you will vote for this bill.
