An act governing the constitutions of the Deltarian kraj (region)(s) This Act does not apply to the sixth Kraj namely the Holy Lands. Article 1 Each Kraj shall elect a regional assembly every five years. It shall have powers of legislation and scrutiny over the regional executive Article 2 The regional assembly shall appoint a Hejtman (Captain) The Hetjman shall be entitled to appoint a small regional executive. Article 3 The regions shall exercise joint authority with the national government in education, economic development, health, infrastructure, justice, culture and transport. OOC: This is a constitutional Act passed with a supermajority. The same majority is necessary to amend or repeal it. |
