INFRASTRUCTURE EXPIRY ACT Article I - Purpose i) An expiration date to infrastructure shall be implemented to: i-a) Facilitate the natural degradation and obsolescence of structures built by entities within Beluzia Article II - Coverage i) All structures within Beluzia covered by the Infrastructure List Article III - Expiration Date i) The time set for infrastructure to degrade completely is 200 years from date of construction. ii) After 200 years the infrastructure will be considered in disrepair. Article IV - Post-Expiration i) When infrastructure is considered in disrepair it is marked as such on the Infrastructure List on the forum and elsewhere for RP purposes. ii) Sites in disrepair may either be rebuilt or demolished. iii) A tender process and approval from Congress is necessary for any action to be taken on the site. Article V - Accordance i) This act will be in accordance with the Companies Act Article VI - Officer in Charge i) The Speaker of the Congress is hereby nominated to oversee that rules are followed.
