The employers are people, too. Not only that, but they have to earn money to support their families and the families of their employees. Such a strike would not only impact their wealth, but it could also impact employees that do not agree with the strike; It could force them to fire those that haven't done anything, instead of those striking. Employees should absolutely have the freedom to strike if they deem that that is the right thing to do, that is natural, and a huge part of the free market. However, the employer should also have the right and freedom to fire them, if they deem that to be the right thing to do; that too is natural and a big part of the free market. We cannot be overprotective; let the people live their lives as they wish to, and let them take the repercussions for their decisions, as every adult should.

Random fact: RP laws follow the same passing rules as in-game variable laws. Laws that are not of a constitutional nature require a simple majority "Yes" vote from active parties currently holding seats. Laws that are of a constitutional nature require a 2/3 majority "Yes" vote from active parties currently holding seats. RP laws may be abolished a simple majority vote this applies to ANY RP law.
