Bill: Culture decentralization act

Details

Submitted by[?]: Conservative Democratic Union Lodamun

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: May 4431

Description[?]:

We propose that matters of national culture and history are to be organized by local governments. Firstly, regions have their own identities which ought to be reflected in museums etc. Furthermore, regions might have a different take on our shared culture and history, which allows for a richer display of our national culture and national history.

MessageMr. Speaker,

We can agree on article 1 and 3. The others are better left in the hands of the central government.

MessageMr. Speaker,

At least this changes the horrid change to private contracted libraries. Lets hope the local governments do not make the same mistake.
