| Members of the Presidium, The previous LLP Minister of Defence started the Army Modernization Act. Through this act Lodamun reserves 2.5 Billion LOD a year of the Defence budget for the modernization of the Armed Forces. In the past years part of the money was used to modernize the Lodamese Navy. Five new ships were added to our fleet, with two Lodamese produced vessels called the Golavia-class. The project has been succesfull and now needs to be continued. The Ministry of Defence wants to modernize the Lodamese Airforce. The Minstry of Defence thinks it is possible to add 75 fighters to the Lodamese Air Force. The Ministry of Defense has had contact with Ajace Aeronautics (http://particracy.wikia.com/wiki/Ajace_Aeronautics), a company in Istalia. Their F-43 Fighter (OOC: RL = https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sukhoi_Su-57) is one of the best fighters in Terra. The cost of each fighter is 45 million LOD. This means a total of 3.375 Billion LOD is necessery to buy these fighters. Currently the Army Modernization Fund contains 11.25 Billion LOD. Enough to purchase the F-43 Fighters. Along with this bill, the Ministry also wants to update a new budget.
