| Mr. Speaker, Minister Shtén rightfully pointed out that our previous act was flawed: now the government is allowed to sell drugs but our citizens are not allowed to consume it. As soon as people buy in government stores we are obliged to arrest them. A very twisted set of laws as we all know.
