Mr Speaker, Is it not time to take a more lenient stance towards public blasphemy? The current law is, in my opinion, extremely draconian and I believe could be somewhat reformed without showing disrespect to the various faiths in our great nation. I suggest a small step to start with to see which way the wind blows in the Grand Council and to gauge public opinion on this subject.
