| Lodamun again has a large revenue surplus. The CPP wants to use this to stimulate the sales of luxury goods to benefit both our vat income and the Lodamun industry. The percentage may look a bit odd to you, but I found it amusing to see how even I could make the new reduced revenue surplus.
