Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| Message | No where does the law state that after 3 tries by all parties, an early election must be called, the law states each party may only make 3 proposals, and that if Congress fails to pass a cabinet within 2 years an early election must be called Section 1(Making a cabinet) ..1) The Process of forming a new government will begin following the conclusion of the election. ..2) Any Party, with seats in the National Government, may propose a government ..3) Each Party is only allowed to propose 3 cabinets each term. ..4) If Congress fails to establish a new government within the first 2 years of a government an early election must be held ..5) The previous government will act as a caretaker until the new government is made. ..6) Only one government can be formed per term. Had the passed cabinet actually failed, and this one failed as well, there would not be an early election as there are still parties that can make cabinets and 2 years had not passed, you can not claim we have violated RP laws.
