There is no a right for a employers to oppose to the right to strike of the workers. The right of strike is a privilige for the workers, stop. There are no other argouments to oppose it, it is a privilige to give to the workers a possibility to gain contractual power toward the employers who are already too much privilege. Workers and employers are not a same category and cannot be considered as having the same level of social protection and opportunity. The former should be better protected than the latter who, and this is sure, have not the problem to find a job and to convince someone to hire him! Thank you" |

| Message | Cecilio Barzetti, PND You are legitimately forgetting that so many small employers are struggling heavily. 9 out of 10 star ups on average fail and you are telling me that somehow the entrepreneurs are in such a better position than the employees hence it is fine to deny them the right to fire workers? That is simply ignorant towards those which drive the economy especially in the critical situation which we are in. |
