MessageThat is a fair assesment PP, would you consider supporting this bill if we also passed a resolution calling for harsher punishment for illegal dumping, and other environmental abuses?

We believe that a large part of the problem in RL is that there are a number of industries that can go unchecked for a long period of time, or can get away with bad environmental policies becuase they change in time for the inspections.

We suggest surprise inspections as a way to counter that aspect of the problem.

would the PP agree in that case?
