Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: December 4440
Description[?]:
Marco Pelosi, Minister of Justice We truly believe that a change has to be made in this aspect of the Istalian law; the current set of rules present can easily be replaced with a more efficient method, let me explain; The President of the Republic will have the obligation to present candidates for the Istalia supreme Court, when a post will be void. In such a situation, he will put forward one person, and they will be presented before the Senate; the Senate will have to vote for their candidacy, and a majority of 60 votes minimum will be needed for the position to be taken by that very candidate. (OoC: this will need a 2/3 majority, right?) |
