MessageHerr Präsident,

With all due respect to the colleagues from the second-largest party, I understand that negotiations between the HDV and NDU are also still ongoing. Since it is usually the responsibility of the largest party in the Diet to commence negotiations on a new government, we would appreciate it if the House would wait until these negotiations have concluded.

(OOC: Can I make a plea for using the forums more to RP news around negotiations? That way everyone is in the loop. When you're trying to roleplay parties substantially, I also feel that negotiations shouldn't be too fast as that gives too little room to make a proper agreement about the cabinet and policy and such-like, which makes RP much more interesting once the government is formed.)
