| The Reichstag of the United Imperial Crownlands of Hulstria and Gao-Soto: RECOGNIZES the will of the people of Kimlien to live free from the neo-colonialism of the Dovani Union and the Xsampa-Hanzen Empire, and; RECOGNIZES the grave crimes against humanity perpetuated by the Xsampa-Hanzen Empire, particularly in the Massacre of Hội Nghĩa, as that nation's desperate attempt to continue to subjugate the people of Kimlien without any regard for their wellbeing, and; UNDERSTANDS that due to our nation's traditional history with Kimlien, we have a moral obligation to see that the self-determination of the people of that country is upheld and respected, and thereof, DECREES that the State of Kimlien is an independent country, equal among the international community, and; DECREES that the United Imperial Crownlands of Hulstria and Gao-Soto recognizes the State of Kimlien as encompassing the entire territory known as Kimlien, and; DECREES that the United Imperial Crownlands of Hulstria and Gao-Soto recognizes His Majesty King Đinh Ái Quốc as the legitimate sovereign of the State of Kimlien, and his government led by Prime Minister Lê Hiến Mai as the legitimate government of the State of Kimlien, and; DECREES that the United Imperial Crownlands of Hulstria and Gao-Soto shall establish formal ties with the State of Kimlien in Trà Cai at the earliest possible time. |
