| The passing of this bill will permit the Government to establish the Royal Institute of Linguistics. After consultation on planning with the National Infrastructure Commission (NIC), the Institute will be located in Labsburg, Budenlar. Initial funding for establishing the Institute will be set at 32 million HCR; an initial research grant of 28 million HCR has also been set aside following its completion. The Institute will be for students entering higher education, focusing on the study of languages including, but not limited to: evolutionary linguistics, neurolinguistics, biolinguistics, language acquisition and computational linguistics. The Institute will also serve as an establishment for research by professors, researchers and scientists. We believe that as a country with a rich and diverse language culture, Hulstria and Gao-Soto is a prime location for such an Institute. We hope all parties of the Reichstag will support this bill.
