Bill: Criminal Justice Reform Act

Details

Submitted by[?]: United Liberal Alliance

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: March 2065

Description[?]:

We seek to reintroduce a humane and fair criminal justice system into Telamon, which extreme and totalitarian paties have sought to undermine. This bill protects citizens from abuses by the state, whilst ensuring that justice is carried out and that those responsible for crimes are punished for what they have done, in a manner proportionate to the crime that they have committed.
