| Article 1 The National Divan hereby authorizes HMHM’s Government to appoint an ad-hoc Constituitonal Committee Article 2 The 45 member Committee shall be tasked with investigating the lawful succession to the most excellent Shirana Shabanu of the house of Vaez --- the last universally recognised monarch. The Committee is also tasked with making recommendations on any necessary reforms to the national Constitution Article 3 The Committee shall be composed of 15 members from the National Divan (lower house) and 15 members from the House of Notables (upper house) and 15 local historians. Article 4 The Committee must present its report to the National Divan by 31 October, 4439 and the legislature will be bound to take into serious consideration the recommendations in the presented report. |
