Description[?]:
Today, I bring to you this bill, to equalise the seat numbers, so every reigon gets proper representation, and ensures everyone is fairly represented. It is reprehensible that our seats are biased towards the bigger Culgé, and I wish to change this. We do not have enough seats for our country too, we must change this, and raise it to 750 seats in the Dáil. |

Message | Article 1 would actually not mean more representation, it would actually mean that areas with a lower population would have an advantage over those with higher population. This is because a person's vote in the higher populated regions would mean less than a person's vote in a less populated regions. Which isn't exactly fair representation. |

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context. |
Random quote: "The main problem of the left is that it has been traditionally divided and unable to reach agreements between different leftist views, whilst the right has almost always moved in the same direction by giving concessions to different rightist points of view." - Aelius Celer, former Selucian politician |
