| Jelbania is being devastated by a syphilis epidemic, and the public are rightly concerned that Jelbanians entering our country might bring this terrible disease with them. This bill proposes that any Jelbanian seeking to enter Cildania should be subject to a compulsory sexual health check, and that if they are not given a clean bill of health, they should be humanely detained and then deported as quickly as possible.
