| After the recent murder of chancellor jack hill, we found it neccessary to make the following information public: 1. It has been confirmed the terrorist organization known as article 17, which claimed responsibility for Mr. Hills murder, did in fact commit the murder 2. Article seventeen is made primarily if people who stand for revolutionary anarcho socialism 3. Article seventeen has committed other recent criminal activity: A. Acts of arson in major cities around hutori. Primarily on industrial buildings. Death toll has not yet been calculated B. Mass shooting in an upscale hotel Dalry Lagard led to 475 deaths. It was found that terrorists went from room to room and shot everyone inside. C. Simultaneously driving a biplane into a private jet, a private jet into a corporate jet, and a corporate jet into a building. All of the destroyed property was owned by a major software company that has now left hutori leaving 140,000 unemployed 4. Article 17 is likely to commit more crimes against humanity. Stay alert. |

| Message | OOC: A note on a few things 1.) Confirmed 2.) Confirmed 3.) Confirmed 3A.) You need to be a little more specific. 3B.) How were they not stopped by law enforcement, considering the size of the hotel? 3C.) This can not be canon... how did a single corporate jet take out an entire building that apparently employed 140,000 people.. there is no way one bombing of a corporate headquarters is going to cause the entire company to fold up. You are talking ahout the population of a small city that was employed. 4.) Agreed. It needs to be ironed out how big Article 17 is, how well equipped they are, amongst other things. I would like to continue the Article 17 RP, but they are very vague, and are now being hunted under the expanded powers of the Extraordinary Security Measures Act, which gives our top tier intelligence service permission to work on Hutorian soil, in addition to HSEC, watching ALL electronic and digital communications. |
