Changing our law to this would be a shame to the land of freedom that is Istalia, because it would take away the right to fire workers from employers. The current law allows for both to strikes to take place and the employers to fire workers who have gone on strike without reasonable reasons; that means that they can't, and they won't, fire all the workers who have gone on strike. |
