| Hereby the SDLS together with Carolus Thaller and the Bright Star Movement propose the new Deltarian constitution. This constitution will grant is republics great autonomy in most internal matters. Only Foreign Policy, Defense and certain federal law measures will stay strictly under federal control. Upon passing of this bill the nation shall be renamed "Velká Republika Deltárska (Grand Republic of Deltaria)" |
