Bill: Constitutional Reforms

Details

Submitted by[?]: Tāza

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: June 4445

Description[?]:

Citizens,

What a glorious day this is. I should like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your votes at the recent elections. We have come together as one because we know that things must change. No flag, no government, no dignity, this is the legacy of decades of neglect and failure. Well, no more. We shall rebuild an Aldegar worthy of the name.

The state must become the spiritual heart of our nation, a structure of collective social enrichment and knowledge which is an expression of Yazdān.

Our new flag and our new motto must act as the signpost of our endevour. The words Pendār-e nik, Goftār-e nik, Kerdār-e nik (Good thoughts, Good words, Good deeds) embody the desire and daily struggle to overcome Duzakh (darkness) in our thoughts and in our actions. The flag shows the Zamānist red and white (light and darkness) intertwined; locked together in struggle, representing the struggle between light and darkness in the self, and the struggle between light and dark in Terra. The humble Aldegarian Goose, the symbol of our Tāza movement, sits atop this battle. The Goose represents all citizens low and high born alike, symbolising the endurance and dignity of Yazdism and the Aldegarian people.

Signed,
Ra'is-e Jomhur Bahmanyār Sīnā
