Bill: Localization of Energy Regulation
Details
Submitted by[?]: Beluzian Defense and Federalist Party
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: January 2201
Description[?]:
Beluzia is a large country with many different types of people and regions with different energy needs. Some large cities might benefit from nuclear power, but some smaller towns might find building an old fashion coal plant to be better. Some neighborhoods and areas with high air pollution might also chose to build environmentally friendly power sources like nuclear, wind or solar. In any case, the federal government cannot hold the hearings and town meetings needed to determine what the people truly want. Therefore, local governments should have this authority. |
Proposals
Article 1

Old value:: Energy is provided by nationalised companies.
