By passage of this act the following shall become law: 1. All towns and cities over 50,000 inhabitants will be put under administration of the military. The First Soldier will have the last say about any law and regulation within this city. He can also sack and appoint any mayors of such cities and towns. 1.1 He also becomes the highest court for the inhabitants of these cities. 2.0 This is a constitutional amebdment and can be passed/changed and abolished only by a 2/3 majority. |
