| Stopping entities that will harm national security by disbanding them quickly. This Act hereby disbands organisations with the following traits: 1. The organisation is a political one that has intentions of fundamentally undermining the stability and security of the country by condoning acts of terror and mass infliction of loss of life on the people of the Confederation. 2. The organisation is a political one that does not commit to placing the nation first, and consistently undertakes propositions and actions that serve to only terrorise or undermine the safety of the people of the Confederation. 3. The organisation promotes economic instability through proposing and supporting initiatives that will erode trust and confidence in the national government, such as supporting violence and disruption committed against businesses and supporting action against the police force. 4. This Act, when passed, hereby grants the High Chancellor and the President of the Confederation, new powers to disband any political organisation that fulfils the above criteria, and this measure can only be overturned with a two-thirds majority vote in the legislature, as it will be a permanent amendment to the Constitution of the Confederation. |
