Description[?]:
Camilla Bontempi, deputy-Leader of AR: "Mr Speaker, once again we must show our committment to defend the rights of the workers, employees, men and women which work to live and that make live their employers and entreprises. We cannot let them under the single and subjective opinion of their employers. Too much easy to talk of "right of the employers" when their position is well advantaged than the workers. Equality, equality in the contractual force, this is the key! And until for the single and biased opinion of an enployers no body will be really free to strike for his right... there will never equality and so, the rights of the employers become simply privileges! So, talking about privileges, I think it is due to talk also about the enormous bonus of menagers, CEOs, businessowners, etc... which sottract resource which can be used for the workers, for entreprises' worker social activities, for bonuses for the employees, and so on. Not only the managers make run a company, also motivated workers can enhance the entreprises' production. And why people who work into the same compnay has no the right to negotiate the salary of each one of us? A right that often a worker doesn't has, forced often to accept a salary determined by the employers. It is right? No at all! The representatives of the workers should have the right to determine as well the salary of the employers, managers, CEOs and so on. Equity and Fairness! This is the kay of a harmonious society! Thank you" |

Random fact: When you join the game, you will find yourself with only zero seats. That's because your party's representatives haven't been elected yet. You need to establish your party's position on issues by proposing several bills that your party wants passed and sending them to vote. This raises your visibility and if you do it enough, you will win seats at the next election. |
