To guarantee that those people leaving this Country to visit others are law abiding citizens the Government will carry out a cursory evaluation of criminal records before a Passport is issued to the traveller. The Passport will be included within an updated ID Card and will be issued to the citizen upon confirmation of security check. This card will need updating every 10 years to keep the photograph up to date, at which point an updated security check will take place. Should any holder of a Passport ID be banned from travelling at any point, this information will be placed within a National Computer Database, accesible by both the Police and Travel Companies, as well as all check-in departments. Crimes deemed inadmissable for passports include, but are not limited to; - Murder; - Rape; - Aggrivated assault. |

Message | Although i think it should include other crimes such as shoplifting, robbery and vandalism. Stop any criminal going abroad and giving Hobrazia a bad name. |

Message | Petty crimes shouldn't stop someone travelling abroad, however major crimes should. An addition could be added to this at a later date to perhaps include limitations on people depending upon how many petty crimes they commit? |
