| OOC: This is an OOC RP authorization bill. We need to approve such a bill before to proceed with any international RP, so that all the parties/players will be informed about that. Voting in favor of this bill you will give authorization to the involvement of Istalia into the RP between Zardugal and Cobura. After the establishment of the Augustine Empire in Zardugal, a very conservative, authoritarian, suprematist and expansionist regime, the Zardics proceeded in the past months/years to persecutions against the Mallan minority in Zardugal and after many menaces finally declared war to Cobura, accused to be a rough nation just because opposed the expansionistic behavior of Zardugal and protested for the persecution of the Mallans, which in Cobura represent a large part of the population. Istalia, as well as Vanuku and several other nations already condemned the actions of Zardugal and now, with the beginning of the Zardic invasion and of the conflict between them, Istalia, also in order to re-give consistency and credibility to the Majatran Alliance, should be ready to respond and assist Cabura, which formalized to the Presidency of the Republic an official demand of aid and support. Furthermore, Cobura is very interested to the revival of the MA, so, I think that Istalia, to assure Cobura remains and partecipates actively into the Alliance, should assist Cobura with all the means possible. It may only be passed by 2/3rds of all active RL players in Istalia who also have seats, and then only if the votes in favor are more than 50% of the IG Legislature. ************************ IC: President of the Istalian Republic, Camilla Bontempi: "Mr Speaker and Hon.MPs, I'm here to present you an official declaration of war against Zardugal. Zardugal is now threatening of war Cobura, one of our closest ally and which is now facing the Zardic Armed Force. In order to show that Istalia is always ready to defend and support its allies, in order to give confidence to Cobura and to the Majatran Alliance, in order to show that Istalia is definitively come back and to definitively show what happens to any rough, aggressive and authoritarian nation when it try to undermine or attack one of the nation of the Majatran Alliance or any other our ally, I propose to declare war to Zardugal. In few days the Third and the Fourth Aeronaval Group will leave for Cobura with 20.000 troops to support Coburan Armed Forces. If the declaration of war will be accepted, further 25.000 troops will be sent while also our submarine strategic force will be deployed alongside the Zardic coasts while also our Rapid Intervention and Strike Group will be deployed alongside the Third and Fourth Aeronaval Group to face the Zardic Navy. Istalia was accused of many things, Istalia intervened in the past in many scenarios, but always led by noble intent, and what is more noble than fight a racist and warmongher regime which is threatening the life of millions, inside its borders as well as into a neighbourn nation which could be simply annexed and destroyed? The diplomatic way failed, Zardugal first decided to proceed with the armed conflict, so... I think we have no choice! I hope that the Parliament, especially the next Parliament, will accept the this bill, to save Cobura, to save the Majatran Alliance and to stop the Augustine Empire and its ideology, an ideology that, I want underline this, it's probably worst than any communist, fascist or "capitalist" regime. It seems to be more a question of having the general consent of the players affected. 6b) If you are planning a large scale RP that will affect other users, always obtain the consent of all users involved. However it is possible to RP smaller, more personal events without the consent of others. 6f) RP between multiple nations (ie. more than one) follow the same rules as internal RP. |
