| Message | Just so you know, changing any of the laws that we have in place won't impact the budget in anyway, so no matter what we pass, we will continue to have a deficit. The developer of the game stopped working on the code years ago and that's why it's incomplete and dead in some areas. There will be a new version coming out soon, so hopefully Particracy 2 will be better |
