PART A: National Name
The official name of the nation is the Dranian Federation. Recognized shorthand names are Drania and Dankuk. The recognized national denomyn is Dranian.

PART B: Administrative Divisions
There are five Provinces each with a capital city: Elbian (Soleunggo), Magadonia (Yonseo), Loren (Dangmyo), Ulbrach (Espaรฑola), and Valdor (Cheonssu).
There are four Federal Cities, independent of the provinces: Gongmangdo, Iglesia Mayor, Port Rhynach, and Seongtaek.
Both Provinces and Federal Cities are first-level administrative subdivisions. Provinces have Cities and Counties as second-level administrative subdivisions. Federal Cities have Districts as second-level administrative subdivisions.

PART C: National Capitals
There are three national capitals. The head of state is located at the Federal City of Port Rhynach, the "council capital." The legislature, the head of government, and most governmental offices are located at the Federal City of Seongtaek, the "legislative capital." The federal judiciary / supreme court is located at the Federal City of Iglesia Mayor, the "judicial capital."

PART D: National Language & Language Recognition
There is no official national language. Each Province and Federal City determines official language(s). Upon the passage of this law, the following official languages exist within the nation: Draddwyr in Magadonia and Loren; Draniano in Magadonia, Ulbrach, and Valdor; Kyomal in Elbian and Valdor.
Draddwyr, Draniano, and Kyomal are afforded national recognition status as core languages of the nation. Draniano is officially acknowledged a common national language of communication.

PART A: Head of State
The head of state is the Chairman of the Federal Council for Unity, known shorthand as the Federal Chairman. The Federal Chairman is a largely ceremonial position, directly elected by the national population. While the Federal Chairman may be affiliated with a political party, it is expected that they be non-partisan and serve as a symbol of national unity. The Federal Chairman has no military command authority. The Federal Chairman may swear in federal judges, military officers, and federal civil servants. While foreign policy is a cabinet matter, the Federal Chairman serves a representative of Dankuk in international affairs, accredits foreign ambassadors, and serves as host for state visits to Dankuk. The Federal Chairman may confer honors and decorations of the Dranian national honors system.

PART B: Head of Government
The head of government is the Premier of the Federal Cabinet, known shorthand as the Premier. The Premier is also the Vice Chairman of the Federal Council for Unity. The Premier leads the national government and the appointed Federal Cabinet. The Premier has authority to issue directions to ministers and, with the approval of the Federal Chairman, may dismiss cabinet ministers and appoint temporary replacements.

PART C: National Legislature
The national legislature is the 260-member Federal Senate. The legislature is tasked with establishing laws, electing a head of government, and voting for a national government.

PART D: Regional Governments
The regional governments, leading each of the five Provinces and four Federal Cities, constitute first-level administrative subdivisions. Each Province is led by a Governor, determined by the party winning plurality in the Province. Each Federal City is led by a Mayor (OOC: also determined same way as governors unless RP agreement is made otherwise to provide federal city control to a specific player through role-played city election results). Composition of the legislature of each Province and Federal City is based on proportionality to provincial election results (OOC: again, federal cities can be RPed different through player agreement).

PART E: Federal Council for Unity
The Federal Council for Unity is a national advisory board that is committed to upholding democracy, equality, and human rights in Dankuk. It is composed of the Chairman, Vice Chairman, each provincial governor, federal city mayor, representatives of cultural organizations, and representatives of the major religions of Dankuk. It is required that all three major cultural groups (Draddwyr, Dranianos, and Kyo) have representation and it is advised that attempts be made to include representation for other significant minority groups.

PART A: Culturally Significant Groups & Administrative Recognition
The Draddwyr, Dranianos, and Kyo are recognized as the central cultural groups of the Dranian Peninsula, past and present. Historic divisions can be observed in the modern demographic distribution of these groups and for those areas where each has a significant presence, the government provides recognition for Cultural Heritage Zones (CHZ). These CHZs are to be symbolic and serve to protect the status of the historic cultures of the Dranian Peninsula.
Upon passage of this law, the following are recognized zones: Draddwyr CHZ (Loren, southeastern Magadonia), Dranianos CHZ (Northwestern Magadonia, Ulbrach, Valdor), and Kyo CHZ (Elbian, Valdor).
Additionally, within the Elbian Province, Kazulians are a recognized minority group.

PART B: Administration of CHZs
The government may consult cultural communities to designate specific bodies as having an officially acknowledged role in representing their cultural group. These acknowledged roles may not be given any special powers or privileges by the government and are to be purely symbolic and ceremonial. The House of Ryeo, led in Dankuk by Ryeo Jiwoo, is recognized as a cultural monarchy representing the Kyo population of Dankuk. The government shall continue to evaluate appropriate entities to include for the complete representation of all cultural groups in Dankuk and specific focus is on identification of notable entities for the Draddwyr and Dranianos.
