| Hereby institutes a new civilian and military salute which will be rendered to all party officials as well as used as a greeting between civilians or party members. It shall also be used in the military as the official salute for all purposes involving salutes. The salute is defined as fully extending the right arm at an upward angle with palm down and fingers touching. It shall be accompanied by the verbal exclamation "Dieu est Rousseau!" and the response shall be "Rousseau est Dieu!" |
