We intend to better protect our nation citizens liberties we propose the following bill changed our bill of rights Note : This bill requires 2/3 to amend,suspend and repeal . This is revision of Constitution. Traian Basecu LCP New text of Title A: Fundamental Rights ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Title A: Fundamental Rights Article I All individuals in the Confederation shall be treated equally in equal circumstances. Discriminations on the grounds of religion, belief, political opinion, race or sex or on any other grounds whatsoever shall not be permitted. Article II Everyone shall have the right to profess freely his political and religious beliefs and opinions, either individually or in community with others, without prejudice to his responsibility under the law. Article III No one may be prevented against his will from being heard by the courts to which he is entitled to apply under the law. Article IV All workers of Confederation have the right to unify themselves in the form of a union and are not punishable for joining, founding or supporting one. Article V The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses and papers, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by the judiciary, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. Article VI In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the Confederation and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defence. Article VII All Confederal citizens have right to life for conception to natural death . Article VIII Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude and unhumane treatment of people regardless of everything shall exist within the Confederation, or any place subject to their jurisdiction. Article IX The right of citizens of the Confederation to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the government or by any Republic on account of race, color, gender, or previous condition of servitude. It is the duty of the Confederation to ensure all citizens of the Confederation are able to vote if they wish to do so. Article X The Confederation can not in any case revoke citizenship from anyone with a legal and valid Confederal passport, or predetermined status of citizenship (eg. birth or integration). Article XI Workers in Confederation have right to strike .This law may only be limited when public interest requires this. |
