| OBSERVING that a democratic government has been elected in Dankuk, and; RECOGNIZING the opportunities this poses for the future of bilateral relations, and; RECOGNIZING the moral obligation of the Government of the State of Indrala to assist the people of Dankuk in exercising their right to self-determination, HIS IMPERIAL MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Grand Assembly of Indrala, enacts as follows: Section 1. Repeal of LP-105: Dankuk Act: Hereafter, LP-105: Dankuk Act (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=557168) shall not be considered valid and applicable law. Section 2. Travel Restrictions: Understanding the precarious nature of the Dranian political environment, certain restrictions shall be placed upon travel between citizens of the two countries; (2.1) Prior to travelling to Dankuk, Indralan citizens must apply for permission from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, (2.2) Prior to travelling to Indrala, Dranian citizens must apply for permission to enter the country from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Section 3. Sanctuary Status: Understanding the precarious nature of the Dranian political environment, the State of Indrala shall continue refugee settlement policies first legislated in LP-105: Dankuk Act; (3.1) Any foreign national originating from Dankuk is permitted to apply for refugee status, given that: (3.2) The individual is not a member or supporter of the Taeyang family, and; (3.2.1) The individual has no history of supporting or membership within the Imperial Tradition Party, and; (3.2.2) The individual has no violent criminal history. (3.2.3) The individual can demonstrate a threat to their wellbeing or that of their family if they remain within Dankuk. (3.3) A Dranian refugee may be expelled if: (3.3.1) They participate in subversive acts against the Government of Indrala in the interest of the Hwangje regime the Imperial Tradition Party of Dankuk, or the Conservative Party of Dankuk. Section 4. Legitimate Monarch of Dankuk: (4.1) The State of Indrala does not recognize the claim of Taeyang Sang-ah, her heirs or successors, or any member of the Taeyang or Hwangje lines, as "Grand Empress of the Kyo, Taeyang of Sindo, and Compassionate Protector of the Constitution and the Nationalities" or any other titles associated with the monarchy or the head of state. (4.2) The State of Indrala reaffirms the recognition extended to the House of Ryeo as first legislated in LP/R-101 (http://bit.ly/2nJ47TW) as the only legitimate claimants to the throne of Dankuk, and; (4.3) The State of Indrala reaffirms the recognition extended to descendants of the House of Ryeo as first legislated in LP-401 (http://bit.ly/2nJ47TW). Section 5. The Warlord Party Provision: (5.1) The following acts are considered criminal. The Supreme Prosecution Service is given the mandate to pursue prosecution for breach of this law. Any individual found guilty is to be given a sentence of between six (6) to one-hundred-twenty (120) months to be served in a federal prison: (5.1.1) No Indralan individual or organization may actively participate in supporting the claim of a Hwangje to the Dranian throne, and; (5.1.2) No Indralan individual or organization may lobby or campaign in support of the Hwangje regime or associated political party (the Imperial Traditional Party and the Conservative Party), and; (5.1.3) No Indralan individual or organization is permitted to join or support any international organization which seeks to legitimize the Hwangje regime or the Imperial Tradition Party or the Conservative Party. Section 6. Convert Actions: (6.1) The Ministry of State Security is approved to undertake operations that directly intervene in Dankuk. (6.2) Direct MSS interventions may include, but are not limited to rescue of VIPs and/or targeted groups and the targeting of high-threat targets, such as weapons programs and/or defense industry operations. (6.3) Additional resources are to be devoted to the research and development of Indralan capabilities in cyber defense and warfare. Section 7. Travel Restrictions and Asset Freezes: (7.1) Suspension of diplomatic immunity for any foreign national associated with the Hwangje regime. (7.2) Ban on the travel of any supporter or member of the Imperial Tradition Party of Dankuk, Conservative Party of Dankuk and/or the Hwangje family, and a total freeze of any and all assets held by these individuals within Indrala or by Indralan institutions. Section 8. Economic Considerations: (8.1) Any economic relations between any Indralan commercial entity and any entity related to a member of the Imperial Conservative Party of Dankuk and/or the Conservative Party of Dankuk is considered illegal; (8.1.1) Indralan corporations and businesses that engage in any transactions with these entities will be subject to tax penalties as deemed appropriate by the Supreme Prosecution Service. (8.2) Any economic relations between any Indralan commercial entity and any entity related to a member or supporter of the Hwangje family is considered illegal; (8.2.1) Indralan corporations and businesses that engage in any transactions with these entities will be subject to tax penalties as deemed appropriate by the Supreme Prosecution Service. |
