| Members of the Assembly, Too many have died in this war on Cobura. I believe it is time for change. I believe it is time for peace in the Empire. Today I present my proposal, the following is a guideline that the Imperial Assembly should follow: First, the Imperial Assembly will renounce claims in the Egato region. Second, the Imperial Assembly will call back any National Military engagements in Coburan territory. Third, the Imperial Assembly will work with the House of Representatives of Cobura, to negotiate peace. Fourth, the Imperial Assembly will abandon Operation Sodom, and all other related military operations. Fifth, the Imperial Assembly will add an amendment to the Constitution, that will grant the all citizens human rights. Members of the Assembly, my brothers and sisters, we must do this! To preserve what we have and to move boldly into the future! |
