| The Senate hereby empowers the military, police and intelligence services of Solentia to surveillance and control any party within Solentia with strong left-wing tendencies: Libertarian Socialist Confederation Solentian Democratic Socialist Party United Communist Party The assets of such parties may be frozen and their members imprisoned for at least 10 years immidiately if their actions include the persuance of their goals by violence. No member of the public service or military or police or intelligence services is allowed to be a member of such organisations. Exceptions apply for investigative procedures. No private employer is allowed to employ members of these parties. All party members of these parties must register themself in a state register. This is a normal law and can be passed/changed/abolished by a simple majority. |
