Description[?]:

*The right to participate in lregional and national elections shall be restricted to freeholders who are to be legally defined as individuals who fulfill all of the following requirements:

- those who hold title to landed property worth above a value set by the Great Council time after time.
- those who possess no criminal record.
- those hold Kalopian-Wantuni citizenship.

*Freeholders are also entitled to the following privileges

- the privilege of election to and serving in public office
- the privilege of petitioning government bodies at any level.
- the privilege of dressing in ancient Kalopian and Wantuni robes.

*The Ecclesia is entitled to waive any of these requirements and grant freeholder status to any person as it sees fit upon approving of a petition proposed by the minister responsible for Internal Affairs.

* The Act does not apply to municipal level political structures.
