MessageThere is a benefit of allowing minors to earn a little money in working part time. Jobs like a paper round or helping out at a restaurant gives people a opportunity to learn budgeting skills as well as work experience. The work the current laws allow does not entail heavy manual labour, but simply offer minors the opportunity to earn a little extra pocket money.

MessageOOC: This is an age-old classic. I think the majority of players have felt that 'child labour' refers to exploitation rather than menial part-time work. That is the definition which I recognise and I am voting on anyway.

MessageOOC: If that is the way most players think it means, then I would agree with banning it.
