Section 1 The Armed Forces of the nation are hereby dissolved. All members of the Armed Forces are hereby dismissed except for administrative and officer rank staff. Section 2 The Ecclesia authorises the Great Freeholder League to maintain a militia made up of mercenary forces as the country's only allowed and official military. Section 3 The Government shall pay a sum no less than the annual defence budget for this force's upkeep. |
