| Section 1 The Ecclesia hereby authorises the annual grant of a sum of 500 million WAN to Deltarian anti-communist forces within our borders. Section 2 The funds shall be handled by the Foreign Ministry and all anti-communist groups are welcome to apply for a grant to aid in their activities against communism |
