MessageOutlawing legal Abortion will not end abortion. Even outlawing second trimester abortions did not end second trimester abortions. It just ended safe second term trimester abortions. If you outlaw these procedures, you only make them more dangerous, because they will still happen: the law doesn't change that fact. You just make it illegal for competent people to perform them in clean, safe facilities.

That's all this bill will do.
