| Upon the Passage of this Bill the Federal Government of the Commonwealth of Hutori will Begin Five Provincial Projects, to foster the local economy, drive down unemployment, and put Hutori moving forwards economically. I.) ROCCATO & SUTTON 1.) The Federal Government Will Invest 20 Billion HLR into the creation of a permanent tunnel between the Isle of Sutton and the mainland of Hutori. Construction will begin in 4458, and will be completed by no later then 4468. This project will be under the direct supervision and control of the Federal Ministry of Infrastructure & Transportation, with partnership with private sector contractors where the government does not have the expertise to perform specific duties and tasks, the Government of the Province of Roccato & Sutton, and the municipal governments of Throne and Altar. II.) KENAI 2.) The Federal Ministry of Defence will Commission a renewed Naval Contract, for the creation of a Sixth John Graham class Supercarrier, it's escort vessels which will include at least FOUR Bekenial Class Frigates, FOUR Liberty class Destroyers, ONE Bunker class Auxillary Vessel and ONE Sentinel class Submarine. Further Investment in the Navy can be renewed at a later time. III.) ADELIA 3.) The Federal Government will partner with the Government of the Province of Adelia and invest as much as 7.5 Billion HLR for an expansion and reinvigoration of the Provincial Highway System and upgrade the rail network to a high speed, interlink. IV.) LAGARD 4.) The Federal Government will partner with Adelia FibreOp, Horizon Technology Corporation and the Government of the Province of Lagard to create an intergrated fibre-op network throughout all of the Province of Lagard, ensuring all people in Lagard have access to fast internet services. The Federal Government will invest as much as 12.5 Billion HLR into the project. V.) FALRISTAN 5.) The Federal Government will Invest 12.5 Billion HLR into the expansion of Shepard Space Centre in northern Falristan, with the aim of rejuvnating the Lunar Arrow Project, with the long term plan for the construction of a Space Station. The Federal Government will partner with the Five Tribes of the Mashacara, Horizon Technology Corporation and the Government of the Province of Falristan for invest and for the project itself. |
