This bill asks for the ratification of the <a href="viewtreaty.php?treatyid=4206">Treaty of Fortreso 4456</a>. If this treaty is ratified, it becomes binding and will define national law.

Furthermore, this bill asks for the creation of a new DEFCON programme, which will include a better future defesive strategy in case the Coburan mainland is attacked by any foreign invader. At last, this bill asks for the permanent presence of Coburan Armed Forces at the Coburan-Zardic border to better oversee any visitors and aid the Coburan Customs Agency in its duties at the border.
