According to news reports by the Republic of Keymon there is a confirmed outbreak of the Wolfenstein Disease taking place. To prevent the entering into the country the Senat hereby decides:

1. All passengers or citizens of the Republic of Keymon are to be isolated immidately.
2. their goods have to be burned
3. All employees at the border crossings in Solentia are asked to exercise high caution

This is a normal act and can be passed/changed/abolished by a simple majority.

The ministry of health will receive additional funds to deal with the situation.
