| His Imperial Majesty, the Son of Heaven, who governs as the Jianxiao Emperor of Indrala with the Mandate of Heaven, has decreed that the following: (1) Her Excellency, Premier Hana Pastora de Santiago of the Dranian Federation shall be inducted into the Order of Luminous Jade as well as the Order of Friendship for; ↳ Her commitment to liberty, justice and human dignity, and; ↳ Her work to create a democratic society in Drania, ending a century of autocratic and despotic rule, and; ↳ Her commitment to creating a new chapter in the bilateral relationship between Indrala and Drania, and; ↳ Her steadfast belief in multiculturalism, meritocracy and progress, ensuring that no single individual or collective ethnic group is left behind as Drania charts a new path forward, and; ↳ Her work to restore the people's trust in the government by rooting out corruption, dogmatism and nepotism within all levels and branches of the Dranian government.
