This resolution shall thank and honor the 3,523 individuals who volunteered for the 1st Red Volunteer Brigade with the Barmenian Cross of Valor and access to an annual stipend of 40,000 BAR, which shall not be taxed. Furthermore, the families of the 2,700 who lost their lives fighting for such a noble cause shall receive an annual non-taxable stipend of 50,000 BAR. Those who gave their live shall be awarded posthumously the Barmenian Medal of Sacrifice. This resolution shall also establish a holiday dedicated to those who fought for the Coburan cause that shall be called Red Brigade Remembrance Day, which shall occur on the twenty-third of May. |
