| Message | Mr Marshall, We were sad to hear that a reasonable plan of budget adjustments was thrown away by the very Cabinet that created it. It is irresponsible to make our deficit so high, both in the times of prosperity and in the times of crisis. If you want to make more investments in the infrastructure - well, do it, but with the spending that does not exceed your revenues, e.g. cutting some funds in other sectors of the budget.
